Description: This workshop is develop for all types of instructors that are establish or starting out in the fitness industry; or if you are just a fitness enthusiast take what you learn and implement it into your daily routine.

"Teardrop and Sweat” Effect (Boot camp)
Description: This creative class is design to be an aggressive hard-core, height intensity conditioning and power move class with insane effects, with various sports-specific drills, agility work and more for all levels. Steps and other equipment may be use to intensity the torture (Teardrop) and Sweat.
Logistics:
Jump and Rope Effect (Jump rope intervals)
Description: Jump roping can make you lose up to 700 calories. This class incorporates interval training, footwork, and jump rope techniques, along with a high cardio workout; within an energetic atmosphere. Besides jump roping, you will be taught various workout routines using your jump rope along with balance, endurance and confidence. You will walk away with the tools needed to establish a daily routine. Beside the increase in stamina you will gain confidence in an establish inspirational environment.
Fry-tensity (Strength training/total body condition)
Description: This class incorporates body weight, heavy and medium dumbbell exercises to target various muscle groups through-out the body to build strength and muscle endurance. Various methods of strength training, cardio, abs and steps maybe be used to intensity the exercises.
Aqua (Aqua work out and aqua boot camp)
Description: This class usually stars with cardiovascular exercise and ends with strength exercises, using pool resistance and equipment for a full body workout. This class can be done in shallow or deep water.
