Q: Do you teach your class as a circuit or together as a group?

A: Its all depends on certain situations(how many people are in the class, what equipment is available, where the class is being held, etc)
A: If I do a circuit, I usually have 4-7 stations. And each exercise goes for 1:00-1:30 per station. I try to do the rotations 3-4 times around, depending on the time.

Q: How do you lay out your stations:

A: I usually like to focus on various muscles groups for each station. For example one station might be for the core, one for the legs, one for the arms, and if for some reason I donʼt have a station that does not focus on a muscle group, we will come together and do that certain muscle group during a recovery period or at the beginning or end of the circuit. It all depends.
A: Or I do the whole class together as a group.

Some exercises I use in the class:

  • Box jumps
  • Speed skaters
  • Push ups
  • Sit ups
  • Lunges
  • Burbees
